Three metro stations (Opéra, Auber, Chaussée d'Antin) and the RER are within 200m, providing direct links to Disneyland Paris and CDG airport. The area is safe and lively, with Carrefour, Monoprix, and dozens of restaurants on the same street. Public transport is so convenient that a car is unnecessary.

Rooms are typically small (standard for central Paris) but include a free minibar restocked daily with water, soft drinks, and juice, as well as an electric kettle, tea/coffee, flat-screen TV, and in-room safe. Air conditioning and soundproofed windows are standard. Street-facing rooms can be noisy at night; windows that open onto internal ventilation shafts offer no fresh air or view. The property shows signs of wear: hallways have dated carpets, and some rooms have worn furniture. Beds are generally comfortable, and bathrooms are private with a shower or tub.
