Venice Beach Boardwalk is 4 km away and Santa Monica Pier is 7 km. The property is well-connected by bus lines, with a stop directly outside, and LAX is about 15 minutes by car. A large Ralphs supermarket is directly across the street, and several casual restaurants, coffee shops, and a Peet's Coffee & Tea, sweetgreen, and Wahoo's Fish Taco are within a 0.5 km walk. Driving is more practical for visiting wider LA attractions, but the immediate area is pedestrian-friendly for daily errands and beach access. While the location is highly convenient, first-time arrivals may find the large complex and parking garage layout confusing; the provided video instructions are recommended for efficient navigation.

Units are available as studios or one-bedroom apartments. Studio units feature 1 queen bed and a futon (plus a possible air mattress for a fourth person), while one-bedroom units have 2 queen beds and a futon, plus a separate bedroom. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, and some also a minibar), a private bathroom with a bath and/or shower, and a washing machine. Additional in-room amenities include a flat-screen TV, seating area, dining table, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. Some units have a private balcony or garden views. The apartments are clean and comfortable overall, especially for one or two people, but space is limited for groups of three or more, and some units show signs of wear such as broken blinds, outdated furniture, and noisy air conditioning or refrigerator. Interior hallways can be noisy from neighbouring units, and some rooms may allow light from external signs. The building is within a large residential complex; elevators serve all areas.
