The hotel is situated in the central business district, with Pike Place Market, the Seattle Art Museum, and the Seattle Aquarium all within a 15-minute walk. University Street light rail station is just two blocks away, providing direct service to SeaTac Airport. The Washington State Convention Center is a 10-minute walk, and Lumen Field is 15-20 minutes on foot. Several bus stops are right outside, and the monorail to the Space Needle is a short walk. For cruise passengers, Pier 91 is about a 15-minute drive. The immediate area includes a variety of restaurants and a Target store.

Room types include Superior Double, Superior King, and Family Suites. All rooms have private bathrooms, though these are notably small, with tight toilet placement and limited counter space. Bed options include queen and king pillow-top mattresses, which are generally comfortable. Rooms come with a 42-inch flat-screen TV, laptop safe, ironing facilities, and organic bath amenities. Family suites add a separate living area with a sofa bed. Noise from the street and hallway can be intrusive, and rooms lack air conditioning during spring and fall when the system is turned off. Windows can be opened but have no screens. Road-facing rooms are noisier; corner rooms tend to be slightly more spacious. Some rooms have fridges; microwaves are available on request.

Pacific Provisions Café and Wine Bar is located off the lobby and is open daily from 07:00 to 19:00.
