King Street Amtrak Station is a 10-minute drive, 38-minute walk, or 17-25 minutes via public transit. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is roughly a 15- to 20-minute drive (24 km) - the Shuttle Express service stops at the hotel, but the hotel has no dedicated airport shuttle. The immediate area feels safe and walkable, though the surrounding streets can be busy with city traffic. Free 24-hour coffee and tea are available in the lobby, and several restaurants and coffee shops are within a five-minute walk.

Standard rooms include a seating area with a work desk, plush bedding, and a choice of foam and feather pillows. All have air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, and a private bathroom with a shower (shower stall is compact - average height and build will find it adequate).
