Executive Residency by Best Western Toronto-Mississauga is conveniently located off Highway 401, providing easy driving access to Toronto Pearson International Airport (5 km) and the Mississauga Convention Centre (within walking distance). The area around Ridgeway Drive is known for its many Indian, Pakistani, and Halal restaurants. TTC bus stops are within walking distance, and the GO train station is a short drive away, making car-free travel to other parts of the city feasible. However, the hotel is under the airport flight path, resulting in constant aircraft noise throughout the day and night.

All units are suites featuring a separate bedroom and a living room area with a sofa bed. The Queen Suite, for example, has a separate bedroom with a door, a living room, and a full kitchen that includes a 2-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Room setups vary and can accommodate from 1 to 5 guests with combinations of double, queen, and sofa beds. Each suite includes air conditioning, a tea/coffee maker, in-room safe, ironing facilities, a desk, and a TV with local cable channels.
