Union Station is a 20-minute walk away, providing direct rail connections. The Dundas TTC subway station is 8 minutes on foot, and the surrounding area offers numerous restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. For trips to the airport, a taxi takes roughly 25-30 minutes, while public transit takes about an hour. The Seneca Newnham campus is a 35-40 minute drive or approximately one hour by public transportation.

The hotel offers single rooms with one twin bed and twin/double rooms with two twin beds. All beds are twin size and sleep one person per bed. Each room has a desk and a fan, but no air conditioning, TV, telephone, or private bathroom. Bathrooms are shared among guests in the unit and include a shower and toilet. The building has four elevators, making higher-floor rooms easily accessible. The rooms are described as sparse but cleaned daily. The public areas and hallways are carpeted and can show wear. The overall feeling is that of a student dormitory, with basic furnishings and a functional, no-frills atmosphere.

Breakfast is a continental buffet where you can select five items, such as toast, muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, a hot sandwich, and a hot drink. The selection is basic but filling, and can be a good value for a light meal or to grab a snack for later. The café is located off the lobby. There is no restaurant on site, and the shared kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, and stove but no cutlery, plates, pots, pans, or cooking utensils. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are available in the building.

The main leisure feature is the rooftop terrace on the 23rd floor, providing panoramic views of the Toronto skyline and surrounding cityscape. The 22nd floor Hanke Lounge and the ground floor Café also offer lounge spaces with seating. There is no pool, spa, gym, or wellness centre on site.
