EXTENDED STAY AMERICA PREMIER SUITES - PORTLAND - NORTH, Portland

The property sits in a business and industrial area, about 10 minutes' drive from the Oregon Convention Center and Moda Center, and 6 km from Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Portland International Raceway and Delta Park are within walking distance. The surrounding neighbourhood has visible homeless activity, but the hotel maintains a fenced lot with private security on patrol 24/7. Both hotel entrances lack prominent signage, making the building easier to find in daylight. For car-free travel, the MAX Yellow Line station provides direct connections to the city centre and airport, though travel times vary with traffic. OHSU is about 12 km away (roughly 15-20 minutes by car without delays).

The complimentary breakfast is a self-service grab-and-go option, not a hot buffet. Offerings typically include pre-packaged muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, oranges, and coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Items are replenished during service hours, but early depletion is common - arrival at 06:00 or soon after improves selection. No restaurant or bar operates on site, but each suite has a full kitchen (stovetop, microwave, full-size fridge) for self-catering. A Shari's restaurant is 0.5 km away, and a food truck park is within walking distance. Vending machines selling drinks and snacks are available in the hotel.

The fitness centre is complimentary and open to all. Equipment is basic - some cardio machines, a bench, and dumbbells up to 23 kg. Access is managed at the front desk, with a limit of one person at a time. A golf course is located within 3 km. The hot tub on the grounds is closed. The property has outdoor furniture for sitting outside. For recreation, Delta Park and Portland International Raceway are within walking distance, and the Moda Center and Oregon Convention Center are a short drive away.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with check-in/out and guest requests. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is reliably fast for streaming and gaming. On-site parking is free but requires a reservation. A guest laundry room with washers and dryers is available for self-service (no laundry service; machines are operated by the guest). Luggage storage is free. A shared lounge with TV is available. Safety features include key card access, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, safety deposit boxes, and 24/7 on-site security personnel who patrol the parking lot. The property has a lift and accessible parking spaces. Pets are allowed with a fee (see Critical Operational Notes). Accepted payment methods: American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, MasterCard.
