EXTENDED STAY AMERICA SUITES - HOUSTON - MED CTR - GREENWAY PLAZA, Houston

The property is situated in the Greenway Plaza area, 4 km from MD Anderson Cancer Center and within a short drive to the Galleria Mall, Museum District, and George R. Brown Convention Center. The immediate surroundings have limited walkable businesses, so a car is recommended, though several restaurants such as Hobbit Cafe, The Halal Guys, and McGonigel's Mucky Duck are within 0.5 km. The freeway location means rooms facing the front can experience traffic noise; quieter rooms are available at the back. The area is generally safe, day and night.

The hotel offers two main room types: a one-bedroom suite with a king bed and a sofa sleeper, and a studio suite with a queen bed. Each room includes a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave, plus a dining and work area. Upgraded bedding with extra pillows is provided. Air conditioning is available, and some units are mobility accessible with a tub. Other features include free Wi-Fi, free cable with premium channels, and an iron and ironing board. The property has an elevator, which has been reported to be out of service for extended periods, so guests with mobility concerns should confirm elevator operation before arrival.

The daily breakfast is a simple to-go offering with breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, and hot coffee and tea. There is no restaurant on site, and the kitchen lacks utensils, so guests planning to cook should bring their own cookware. Several casual dining options are within a short walk, including Hobbit Cafe, The Halal Guys, and an IHOP.
