FAIRFIELD INN AND SUITES BY MARRIOTT HOUSTON BROOKHOLLOW, Houston

The hotel sits in a car-oriented area with convenient freeway access. The Brookhollow neighborhood is safe and well-maintained but lacks sidewalks, so a vehicle is essential for reaching nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Free on-site parking with EV charging is provided. The location is within 11 km of Memorial Park, 26 km of George Bush Intercontinental Airport, and a short drive from the Houston Zoo and NRG Stadium. Restaurants and shops are present in the vicinity but are not within walking distance, making this a practical base for travelers with a car who value freeway connectivity and free parking.

The hotel offers double rooms with either one queen bed or two queen beds. All rooms include air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, carpeted floors, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a wardrobe, a seating area, a work desk with a sofa bed, and a sink. Some rooms overlook the outdoor swimming pool. The property is newer and maintains exceptionally clean and quiet rooms. Family rooms are available with extra space. Key card access and safety deposit boxes are provided. Rooms are non-smoking, and a designated smoking area is available outdoors. No balcony is present.

The daily breakfast buffet includes rotating hot dishes such as eggs, bacon, and sausage, alongside cold items like cereal, bagels, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, and fresh fruit. The breakfast is a varied offering that appeals to families and business travelers. After breakfast hours, the only on-site food option is a snack bar featuring limited items and wine/champagne for an additional charge. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, so guests should plan to dine off-site. The breakfast is a money-saving advantage that contributes to the hotel's overall value.

The fitness centre is well-equipped and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The outdoor swimming pool operates seasonally and offers pool views from some rooms. Both amenities are complimentary. No spa or other leisure facilities are provided on site.

The hotel provides a range of services for convenience: a 24-hour front desk assists with late arrivals; express check-in/out speeds up the process; luggage storage is free for early arrivals or stored gear. A business centre with fax/photocopying is available at no charge. Meeting/banquet facilities and laundry service are available for a fee. A minimarket on site sells essentials. Security features include key card access, CCTV, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. The property is fully wheelchair accessible with auditory guidance, grab rails, raised toilet, lower sink, and tactile/Braille signage. A welcome drink is offered upon arrival.
