The immediate block has a few dining options, while 5th Avenue-a 10-minute walk away-offers many restaurants and boutique shops. Barclays Center is a 7-12 minute walk, making this a practical base for concerts or events.

Room types include standard King, Double, Family rooms, and a small number of Suites. Standard King rooms do not have a mini-fridge; fridges are provided in Double Rooms and Suites. Only one room in the property has a private balcony, and there are only two suites. Connecting rooms are available on request but subject to availability. The building has elevator access to all floors and is wheelchair accessible, with features such as an emergency cord in the bathroom, lower bathroom sink, toilet grab rails, Braille signage, and accessible route. Air conditioning and heating are present, though the air conditioner can be noisy. Rooms on the lower side of the building and near the emergency staircase may experience street noise and door-slamming. Higher-floor rooms facing downtown Brooklyn tend to be quieter.
