The hotel is positioned on a street lined with restaurants, putting you a two-minute walk from Restaurant Row and less than five minutes from Times Square and Broadway theatres. A subway station entrance is just around the corner, connecting to the A, C, and E lines, plus the Port Authority Bus Terminal is a few blocks away. Midtown landmarks such as Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, and Macy's are all within a 10-15 minute walk. Madison Square Garden is about a 15-minute walk or one subway stop. The location is close to the action but set back enough to avoid the busiest crowds. For those driving, the off-site Edison Park Fast garage is a one-minute walk from the hotel.

Every room features a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cookware, plus a tea and coffee maker. Rooms are air-conditioned and include a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a mobile desk/table, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer. Some rooms have a balcony - but most are private; two rooms share a patio (confirm availability when booking). Room sizes vary: studio layouts are snug (similar to large cruise-ship cabins), while the larger suites offer more space. King and queen beds are available, and most sofa beds are compact - suitable only for a small child. Rooms on lower floors and facing the street may pick up traffic and siren noise; rooms on the courtyard side are reported to be quieter. Housekeeping is provided daily but timing can be inconsistent.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and is available each morning. The buffet includes scrambled eggs, sausages, oatmeal with various toppings, cereals, breads, pastries, bagels, juice, and coffee (including decaf). The breakfast area is relatively small - arriving early (before 7am) helps avoid the busiest period. Breakfast items are replenished until closing time but may run out toward the end. Hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and filtered water, are available in the lobby 24 hours a day. There is no restaurant or bar on site; however, dozens of restaurants are within a two-minute walk, including Shake Shack, Carmine's, Junior's, and Hard Rock Cafe.

The complimentary fitness centre offers basic exercise equipment. No pool, spa, sauna, or other wellness facilities are present. The rooftop area is closed during winter months and may be available mid-July through fall, depending on weather.
