Madrid-Barajas Airport is reachable by taking the yellow Express Bus to Atocha station and walking 15 minutes up Calle Atocha, or via metro (Line 8 then 6 then 1 to Antón Martín). The neighbourhood is filled with shops, restaurants, tapas bars, and supermarkets, making self-catering easy. Private rooms facing the street can pick up night-time noise, so lighter sleepers may want to avoid a road-facing unit.

Rooms range from compact private doubles with shared or en-suite bathrooms to multibed dorms (6, 12, or 3-bed female-only).
