The apartments sit off Paseo Recoletos, a two-minute walk from Serrano Street and its designer boutiques. Retiro Park and the Prado Museum are within a 10-minute walk. Recoletos suburban train station is across the street, providing direct trains to the airport, while Colón and Serrano metro stations are a short walk. The area is safe and well-connected by bus, metro, and train, making it easy to explore the city centre on foot or by public transport. Several restaurants and cafés are within a few minutes' walk.

Rooms are modern in style with parquet floors and air conditioning. Each unit has a private bathroom with hairdryer and a kitchenette or full kitchen with hob, microwave, and fridge. Smart TVs are standard, and coffee machines (Dolce Gusto), toasters, kettles, and kitchenware are available on request. Some rooms have separate bedrooms with doors, allowing one person to sleep while another watches TV. Note that rooms facing the street or nearby clubs can experience noise at night, particularly on weekends. Some apartments show signs of wear, and the hallways in certain sections feel dated, but the sleeping areas are generally functional and clean. Rooms without natural light or with restricted window views exist, so request a room with an exterior window if light is important. No balconies are available.

A continental breakfast tray with coffee, pastries, and bread is available directly in your room, allowing you to eat at your own pace. For a wider selection, the surrounding area offers numerous cafés and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. There is no full restaurant or bar in the building, but vending machines for drinks and snacks are located in the lobby. The kitchenette in each room is equipped for preparing simple meals, and a nearby supermarket is close by for groceries.

The property offers a free public bath for relaxation. No wellness centre, swimming pool, or gym is on site. However, the Barrio de Salamanca and Retiro Park are excellent for running, walking, and outdoor activities. A public bike rental service is available next to the apartments, providing an easy way to explore the city. Several gyms are nearby if you wish to maintain a workout routine.

WiFi is free and fibre optic across the property. Reception is staffed 24/7, offering concierge help, key card access, and a safe deposit box. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are included, with exceptions for long-stay bookings. The self-service laundry area has two washing and two drying machines (cash or card). Luggage storage is free for early arrivals or late departures. Cots are available on request at no cost.
