FAUBOURG STATION, Paris

The apartment is located in a building set back from the street, accessed via a courtyard. This positioning keeps rooms quiet despite being steps from one of Paris's busiest transport hubs. Gare du Nord provides RER B to Charles de Gaulle Airport (20 km) and Eurostar services. Within a 5-minute walk you reach Gare de l'Est (RER E, metro lines 4,5,7). Sacré-Coeur is a 20-minute walk away (2 km) and La Cigale concert hall is 1 km. The immediate neighbourhood has a Carrefour supermarket and numerous restaurants within 300 metres, including Indian, Italian and local options. The area around the station feels busy and is described as less reassuring at night; the building's multi-code security system helps keep the interior secure.

The accommodation is a self-contained apartment set within a larger complex. Layouts available: a studio-style apartment with a separate bedroom (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed in living room, sleeps 2-3), or a larger two-bedroom version with three beds. All units have a private bathroom with walk-in shower and free toiletries. The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker - note that coffee machine capsules may not be easily available in nearby shops. The living area has a flat-screen TV and dining table. The interior is clean, modern and well-lit, though some apartments have been reported to lack a bathroom mirror. Noise from upstairs neighbours and adjacent apartments can be audible. Road noise is minimal thanks to the courtyard position. The apartment is on the second floor (walk-up, no lift).

Nearby leisure options include an ice-skating rink and boating activities. Sacré-Coeur and the Montmartre hill district are within a 20-minute walk, providing panoramic city views and access to local cafés and shops. The apartment itself does not have its own wellness or leisure facilities, but the central location makes exploring the city on foot or by metro very straightforward.

The apartment offers free Wi-Fi throughout and air conditioning. Security features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas, fire extinguishers, key card access, security alarm and smoke alarms. The building entrance requires multiple key codes. Private and express check-in/check-out are available (check-in is at 4 PM, check-out at 10 AM). No on-site luggage storage is offered before check-in or after check-out, but external storage services are located within a short walk. There is no lift and the apartment is on the second floor. Pets are not allowed. Laundry: the apartment does not provide a washing machine or dryer. Reception services are available until 7 PM; after that, communication is via WhatsApp message.
