While street-facing rooms can experience some noise, courteous reception staff can offer quieter courtyard-facing alternatives. The location is well-suited for both tourists and business travellers, with most major landmarks reachable on foot or via a short metro ride.

Room types include singles, doubles, twins, triples, quadruples and duplex family rooms. All rooms are soundproofed and equipped with a minibar, safe, tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning, and a carpeted floor. The duplex family room on the 6th floor features a sloped ceiling and views of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Some single rooms lack a window with natural light and exterior view, only having a sealed frosted glass panel. Some bathrooms are recently renovated with spacious showers, while others may be dated with older fittings. Courtyard-facing rooms are quieter, and guests have noted that the lift reaches only the 5th floor, requiring stairs to attic-level rooms. Bed comfort is generally high, though some pillows have been described as uneven. Daily room servicing is provided.

Breakfast is a continental buffet featuring breads, pastries, yogurts, fruit, cheese, ham, hot drinks and juice, served from 7:00 on weekdays and 7:30 on weekends and holidays. The lounge bar also serves drinks throughout the day and evening in a comfortable setting.
