FEELATHOME NERVION APARTMENTS, Seville

Seville's main attractions are a 20-25 minute walk away, but the tram stop 2 minutes from the apartment makes the city centre accessible in 4-5 stops. The area is quiet and residential, yet well-served by public transport, with bus stops and a metro station also nearby. Santa Justa station is a 10-minute walk, ideal for rail travel. Seville Airport is 10 km away, and a paid shuttle service can be arranged. The Nervión shopping mall is opposite the property, with supermarkets, restaurants, and shops within easy reach.

Each apartment includes a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. The units are modern, spacious, and feature air conditioning, a seating area, flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, wardrobe, and safe. The property is non-smoking throughout and offers free WiFi in all rooms. There are no balconies. The apartments are described as quiet, well-equipped, and suitable for families or groups thanks to the two-bed setup.

The property does not operate a restaurant. Breakfast options depend on the specific room rate at the time of booking - some rates may include it, but this varies. The fully equipped kitchen allows self-catering, and basic provisions such as coffee, oil, and salt are often provided. A wide range of restaurants, cafes, and pizzerias are within a 5-minute walk, including Domino's Pizza, Voila Cafe & Brunch, and La Tagliatella. The nearby Nervión mall also offers dining choices.

The fitness centre is open to all residents and includes a range of machines and free weights, described as well-maintained and spacious enough for a full workout. Access is via a code provided at check-in, the same system used for the building and apartment. There is no pool, spa, or wellness centre on the property. The gym is a practical bonus for those wanting to maintain a routine during their stay.

The property offers free laundry facilities with washers and dryers, including detergent. On-site private parking is available but must be reserved in advance, costing €18 per day. An airport shuttle service can be arranged for an additional fee. Luggage lockers are available (refundable €1 coin) for use before check-in or after check-out. Check-in is from 14:00, check-out until 12:00; early or late requests can be made but are not guaranteed. Communication is via WhatsApp with clear instructions and codes. No pets are allowed.
