The property is in a calm residential area about 30 minutes on foot from the city centre, though most visitors take bus line 25, which stops directly outside and reaches central landmarks in about 15 minutes. A metro station is a 12-minute walk, making the rest of Seville accessible without a car. Several tapas bars, a churrería, and a supermarket are within a short walk. For those driving, the airport is only 10-15 minutes away by car.

Accommodation ranges from double rooms with either a shared or private bathroom to one-bedroom apartments with a separate kitchen. All units include air conditioning, a washing machine, and either a balcony or a terrace with city views. Rooms are minimalist and compact; some have very small bathrooms with limited shelf space. Bedding and pillows are firm, and mattresses vary - a comfortable mattress is more common in apartments and private-bathroom rooms. Street-facing rooms can be noisy, especially those above the ground-floor kebab restaurant with outdoor seating until late. A few rooms on upper floors are quieter.

There is no restaurant on site. The well-equipped shared kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and kitchenware, and is free for use. Breakfast basics such as bread rolls, jam, butter, coffee, tea, and milk are provided at no extra charge. Several casual dining spots - including tapas bars, a kebab restaurant, and a churrería - are within a 5-minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket nearby is convenient for groceries.

The main leisure facility is a shared rooftop terrace furnished with seating and a barbecue, ideal for warm evenings. No pool, spa, or gym is available. The terrace also has a covered drying area for laundry.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. Parking is free and easy: unreserved street parking is available, and a private locked courtyard can be used when arranged. Reception is staffed at flexible hours; late check-in by prior arrangement works smoothly. Luggage storage is offered in a private locker. Housekeeping provides fresh towels daily, but the shared kitchen is cleaned only by users. Fire extinguishers are present for safety.
