The aparthotel is set in a quiet residential area of Costa Adeje, just a short stroll from two popular beaches, the promenade, and a wide selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. Tenerife South Airport is 21 km away, reachable by taxi (approx. 35 EUR) or by public bus with a change at Adeje station (approx. 3.70 EUR per person). Siam Park and El Duque Castle are within easy reach. The area is well-suited for coastal walks, and free on-street parking may be found nearby, though it can be competitive. Paid parking lots are available a few minutes away.

The property offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, each with a separate living room, a dining area, a work desk, and a private bathroom with a bath and shower. The kitchenettes include a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, and utensils. All apartments have a sofa bed in the living room and a balcony or terrace - many of which benefit from evening sun. Bedding consists of two single beds that can be pushed together, though they may separate during the night. Rooms are cooled by ceiling fans only; there is no air conditioning, which can be a challenge in hot weather. Road-facing apartments may experience noise, while those overlooking the pool or garden tend to be quieter. Daily housekeeping is provided, except on Fridays, and fresh towels are offered daily.

Breakfast includes local specialities, warm dishes, fresh pastries, and a wide choice of food. Dinner offers a rotating menu with live cooking stations for meat and fish, plus salad and dessert options. The restaurant is family-friendly and can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets on request. A dress code applies for dinner (long trousers and sleeves from November to March). Evening meals are served in two sittings: 18:30-20:00 and 20:15-21:30. The pool bar serves snacks, pizza, and drinks until approximately 18:30. Nearby are numerous bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Half-board includes breakfast and dinner only, with no option to substitute lunch.

The main outdoor pool is heated year-round to around 28°C and is complemented by a separate, shallower heated children's pool. Both pools are open daily from 10:00 to 18:30. The property also features a sun terrace, a solarium, a fitness centre with spa locker rooms, and a beauty salon offering hair and beauty treatments. For leisure activities, there is a games room, mini-golf, table tennis, billiards, a children's playground, and an indoor play area. Board games and a book exchange are available. The pool bar serves drinks and snacks during opening hours. The surrounding area offers hiking, cycling, scuba diving, snorkelling, and golf.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas. The 24-hour front desk offers concierge service, tour desk, private check-in/check-out, and lockers.
