Two-bedroom units sleep up to 8 and include a master with king bed and a guest bedroom with either two doubles or two singles (bedding type allocated on arrival). Some units have a jetted tub. Renovated rooms offer comfortable furniture and modern finishes, while older units show signs of wear, such as loose outlets or worn carpet. Elevators are available in some buildings; third-floor walk-ups are common in others. Noise transfer from upstairs can occur. Balconies and decks are standard, and all units include air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer.

A rotation of food trucks parks near the office, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The Cookin' and Cussin' food truck, for example, is a popular option. Each unit has a full kitchen with cookware and utensils, making self-catering easy. A vending machine stocks drinks and snacks. The surrounding Music Valley area has numerous restaurants and bars within a short walk or drive, plus live music venues nearby.

The outdoor pools are open seasonally and include sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The indoor pool operates year-round and is heated. A hot tub and fitness centre with free weights and cardio machines are on site. Table tennis and a barbecue area provide additional leisure options. Activities like poolside games, snow cones, and evening live music at the fire pit are offered regularly. All wellness amenities are free for guests.
