The location is ideal for exploring the city. Nationaltheatret Station (150 metres) provides direct airport trains (30 minutes), plus trams, buses, and metro to every part of Oslo. The Royal Palace and its park are adjacent; Karl Johans Gate shopping street is a 5-10 minute stroll. The harbour, Aker Brygge, and the Oslo Fjord are about 10-15 minutes on foot. The area is safe and quiet, surrounded by embassies. Many restaurants, cafés, and a Kiwi supermarket are within a few minutes' walk. For drivers, street parking is scarce; the nearest paid garage (OnePark Solli) is a 10-minute walk away and costs 420 NOK per 24 hours.

Studio apartments (single, double, executive) combine the living and sleeping area and include a kitchenette with microwave, two hotplates, small fridge, and dining table. Larger 1-3 bedroom apartments have a separate living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer. All units feature free WiFi, cable TV, heating, and parquet floors. Air conditioning is not available; attic rooms can become very hot in summer, while basement rooms may lack natural light and ventilation. Street-facing rooms on lower floors can be noisy, especially at weekends. Sofa beds used for extra guests tend to be less comfortable. Some apartments include an in-unit washer/dryer; others have free communal laundry. Pets are allowed on request with charges. Cots can be provided for an extra fee.

The breakfast package includes a sandwich, pastry, fruit, juice, and hot drink (instant coffee/tea), delivered to your apartment door between 7:15 (weekdays) and 9:00 (weekends). The content is fixed and cannot be customised. For a more varied meal, numerous cafés, bakeries, and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk, ranging from casual to fine dining. A Kiwi supermarket is nearby for groceries, and all kitchens are equipped for self-catering.

All apartments have free WiFi. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available in common areas or within some apartments; detergent is provided. Luggage storage is at Skovveien 8 (6-10 minutes on foot) and Bygdøy Alle 53 - free of charge, but you need to ask the service office for the access code. Cleaning can be booked at extra cost.
