Each home is a standalone house within a gated community, providing privacy. The 4-bedroom option sleeps up to 8 guests and includes 5 beds (with twin beds in the 4th bedroom), while the 5-bedroom sleeps up to 10 with 7 beds. Rooms are themed with art and decor, and each features air conditioning, a TV, and comfortable bedding. The kitchen comes with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, tea/coffee facilities, and a dining area. A living room, washing machine, dryer, and wardrobe are included. Ground-floor bedrooms and bathrooms offer some accessibility, but the property does not have a balcony. The private pool and terrace are accessible from inside the house. The games room in a separate garage adds entertainment space.

The holiday home does not have a restaurant or provide breakfast. Guests have access to a full kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, and a dining area, making self-catering straightforward.
