SEVILLA INN KISSIMMEE- NEAR DISNEY, Kissimmee

The motel sits on US Highway 192, a busy corridor with easy access to Walt Disney World (about 10-15 minutes) and Disney Springs (19 minutes). Fun Spot USA is a short 11-minute drive away, and Celebration Golf Club and its restaurants are 13 km from the property. A Walmart is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk. A bus stop nearby can take passengers to Disney parks in about 30 minutes. The area is walkable to a few shops and fast-food outlets, but a car is the most practical way to explore the broader Kissimmee and Orlando attractions.

Each room is a motel-style unit with air conditioning and heating. The private bathroom includes a combined shower/bath, hairdryer, and free toiletries. In-room amenities include a 32-inch flat-screen TV with cable channels, a coffee machine with regular and decaf coffee, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Some rooms have a sitting area. Standards vary between rooms: some have been renovated with modern fixtures and are described as clean and comfortable, while others show signs of wear such as chipped walls, sticky floors, broken sockets, or faulty air conditioning. Requesting a recently updated room may significantly improve the experience.

The pool is small and shallow, suitable primarily for cooling off rather than serious swimming. A fence surrounds the pool area, and sun loungers are provided. The pool has been reported closed on some occasions, so availability may not be guaranteed at all times. No spa or fitness facilities are present.

Wi-Fi is free in public areas. Parking is free and located nearby without a reservation, accessible spaces are marked. The 24-hour front desk can handle late arrivals and express check-in/out. Laundry service is available for an additional charge, and fax/photocopying can be arranged. Housekeeping is only provided if requested or for long stays; otherwise, towel and trash services are available. Key card and key access are used, and CCTV covers common areas and the exterior for security.
