Many units have a private balcony - oceanfront rooms offer sea views; side-view and garden-view rooms overlook the parking lot or garden. Efficiency rooms (kitchenettes with stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, oven) are available only in specific categories: Standard Double Room, Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View, and Superior Queen Room. Free on-site private parking is available without reservation, but spaces are limited: the small above-ground lot is often blocked off for bike weeks and the underground garage is very narrow with a one-lane entrance and exit - larger vehicles should use the above-ground lot if possible. The property has a lift, 24-hour front desk, daily housekeeping, and a vending machine for drinks and snacks. Laundry service is available for an additional charge. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Safety features include CCTV, key card access, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers.
