The Petronas Towers and Suria KLCC mall are a 5-minute walk away, while multiple restaurants, bars, and a minimarket are within a few blocks. The KLCC LRT station is a short walk, providing easy access to other parts of the city. For those driving, free on-site parking is available, but the central location makes walking and public transport convenient alternatives.

All suites feature a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker, as well as a washing machine and dryer for convenience. Bedrooms are spacious, with soundproof walls, parquet floors, and large windows. Higher-floor units offer unobstructed views of the Petronas Towers and the KL skyline. Note that only three-bedroom suites include a bathtub; all others have walk-in showers. While many suites are well-maintained with modern furnishings, some may have older décor and equipment; newer units tend to be on higher floors. The building has a lift and is wheelchair accessible.

All pools are open from 07:00 to 22:00 daily. The rooftop pool on the highest floor offers stunning views of the Petronas Towers and the city. A second pool on the 6th floor is larger and less crowded. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge. The fitness centre is well-equipped, and there are also billiard and darts tables, a games room, and a sauna/steam room. Note that the pool area can become busy on weekends and holidays, especially with families.
