The hotel sits in the heart of Nana, a lively district known for nightlife and shopping. BTS Nana station is 450 m away, providing direct Skytrain access to Siam, Chit Lom, and Mo Chit. Above Eleven (340 m) and Central Embassy (800 m) are within strolling distance. Soi Cowboy and MRT Phetchaburi are under 1 km. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 22 km by road; taxis are readily available but no hotel shuttle operates. The area is well suited for visitors who want walkable access to entertainment, dining, and public transport, but the immediate vicinity has adult-oriented venues and can be noisy at night.

The property offers several room types. Economy rooms on upper floors are very basic, with old furniture and dim lighting - acceptable only for the lowest budget. Renovated deluxe rooms (in the right-hand building) feature new furniture, a microwave, kettle, fridge, larger TV with Netflix/YouTube, and a modern walk-in shower. Suites include a separate living area and multiple beds. Twin/double rooms have carpeted floors, a desk, minibar, tea/coffee maker, and safe. All rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Some rooms have baths. No rooms have balconies. Noise is a significant factor: rooms facing the nightclub or construction site can be very loud until early morning. Smell of smoke and cannabis is common in corridors and can enter rooms. Reports of cockroaches in some rooms. Request a room in the renovated wing for a better experience.

Open for all-day dining, the restaurant offers Thai specialties and international dishes. Breakfast is a set menu (available from 07:00-11:30, 350 THB per set) including eggs, toast, croissants, coffee/tea, and orange juice. The on-site bar has live music and a billiards table (extra charge). For guests preferring more variety, numerous Arabic, Indian, and international restaurants are within 300-500 m, including Vin Wine, Bamboo Restaurant, and Al-Qasim Cuisine. Halal food is not confirmed on-site, but nearby Arabic eateries are plentiful. The 24-hour coffee shop provides light snacks and drinks around the clock.

The swimming pool is not directly on the Grace Hotel premises but is accessible via the adjacent Graceland Bangkok building. Availability may be affected by maintenance; confirm at the front desk. There is no spa or wellness centre. Leisure options within the hotel include a nightclub/DJ (additional charge) and billiards (additional charge). The surrounding area offers many entertainment venues, bars, and shops, but the hotel itself is geared more towards nightlife than relaxation.

WiFi is free throughout the property. Private parking is available on site at no charge (reservation not needed, but space may be limited). The 24-hour front desk can arrange tours, provide concierge assistance, and organise laundry (at an additional cost). Room service is available. A barber/beauty shop is located within the hotel. Check-in requires a 1000 THB cash deposit (refunded at check-out, though refund may take up to 45 minutes). Only one elevator is currently operational; waits can be long. Luggage storage is possible but early check-in cannot be guaranteed. No pets allowed.
