The hotel is located on the main Khaosan Road strip, placing guests at the centre of Bangkok's nightlife, with dozens of bars, clubs, street food stalls, and night markets immediately outside. Major attractions such as the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Wat Arun are within a 15-20 minute walk, while Siam Paragon and MBK Shopping Mall are under 4 km away. Hua Lamphong Train Station is 3 km away. Taxis and tuk-tuks are easy to flag from the street, and the nearest pier for river boats is about 15 minutes on foot. The area is best experienced on foot, though the constant foot traffic and noise from the street mean that rooms facing the road can be extremely loud at night.

The hotel offers several room types including Superior King, Deluxe, and Premium Triple Room (the latter has one king bed and one sofa bed). Rooms are decorated with vintage Thai memorabilia and feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels, minibar, electric kettle, safe deposit box, and soundproof walls. In practice, soundproofing is limited: rooms on the street side experience significant noise and bass vibration from nearby clubs until 4:00-5:00 AM, while rooms at the back of the property are noticeably quieter. All rooms are small, with some being very compact, so they suit short stays or party-focused guests better than those needing space. Windows are small or non-opening, and no rooms have a balcony. Daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water are provided. The private bathrooms are tiled with a shower, and free toiletries are included.

There is no breakfast service, on-site restaurant, or bar within the hotel itself. The pool bar serves drinks for around 190 THB during the afternoon. Guests are free to bring their own food into the picnic area. The surrounding area is packed with dining choices: within a 300-metre radius you will find restaurants such as Mulligans Irish Bar, Ethos Vegetarian Restaurant, Mango Vegetarian & Vegan Restaurant and Arts Gallery, and several dessert cafés. Street food stalls line the road offering pad thai, som tam, fruit shakes, and other Thai staples at very low prices. For a sit-down meal, the nearby streets of Rambuttri and Phra Athit have many mid-range restaurants.

The hotel has a saltwater swimming pool on the 7th floor, open daily from 08:00 to 21:00 all year round, with a pool bar and sun loungers. The pool area is well-maintained, with clean towels provided, and offers decent city views. While the pool itself is relatively small and best suited for cooling off or sunbathing rather than serious swimming, it is a popular spot for guests to unwind. No spa, gym, or other wellness facilities are available. The rooftop also features a picnic area.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk can assist with check-in at any time, and the staff can arrange taxis and tours. Daily housekeeping is included free of charge, replenishing bottled water and making the beds. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in or after check-out, though the storage room is not locked. A cash deposit of 1000 THB is required on arrival (refunded at check-out after room inspection). The hotel has a lift, key card access, and 24-hour security with CCTV.
