The hotel sits directly on Nathan Road, surrounded by shops, eateries and nightlife. Tsimshatsui MTR Station (Exit H) is a one-minute walk, and East Tsimshatsui Station (Exit K) is also close. Harbour City, Temple Street and the Avenue of Stars are within 2 km. Airport Bus A21 stops just steps from the hotel, and taxis to the airport take about 40 minutes (approx. HK$300). The Star Ferry, K11 MUSEA, and the Hong Kong Museum of Art are all a short walk away. This location is highly practical for exploring Kowloon and accessing Hong Kong Island via MTR or ferry.

Economy rooms are windowless but quiet and classically decorated. Standard and Superior rooms (up to 250 sq. ft.) are practical, with Superior ideal for business travellers. Deluxe and Premier rooms (260-280 sq. ft.) offer contemporary design; Premier rooms have large windows facing Nathan Road, with selected rooms overlooking Victoria Harbour. Family rooms include an extendible bed for a child under 13, while Triple rooms have three fixed single beds. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, safety deposit box, refrigerator, cable TV, and electric kettle. Some reports note that certain rooms feel dated, with thin walls and occasional odour; requesting a higher-floor, non-smoking room is advisable. No rooms have balconies.

The hotel does not operate its own restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. A wide variety of local and international restaurants are within a few minutes' walk, including Wu Kong Shanghai Restaurant, Khyber Pass Mess Club, and Cafe De Coral, each 0.5 km away. Don Don Donki (24-hour Japanese supermarket) is close by for snacks and fresh food. For those who prefer to eat in, rooms have a refrigerator and electric kettle.

On-site wellness amenities are not available. However, the location provides immediate access to leisure options: the Avenue of Stars and Victoria Harbour promenade are a short walk, the Star Ferry terminal is nearby, and K11 MUSEA offers shopping, art and entertainment. The tour desk can arrange day trips around Hong Kong, including to The Peak, Wong Tai Sin Temple, and Hong Kong Disneyland.
