The hotel sits on a lively street lined with cafés and restaurants, 225 metres from both Odéon (lines 4 and 10) and Mabillon (line 10) metro stations, providing direct connections to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Notre-Dame Cathedral is about 10 minutes on foot, the Louvre is 15 minutes away, and the Seine is a 6-7 minute walk. The Eiffel Tower is 4 km away, reachable by metro or a 40-minute walk. Despite the central bustle, rooms with good soundproofing remain quiet when windows are closed, making the location practical for both sightseeing and sleep.

Classic Rooms (12 m2) and Standard Rooms (15 m2) are the most compact; Standard Twin Rooms have two single beds (90x190 cm). Deluxe rooms (21-24 m2) on the top two floors offer more space and can feature twin beds (90x190 cm) or a double (160x200 cm). The Executive Double and Executive Twin rooms on the first floor were designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon, and the twin can be converted to a double on request. All rooms include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, minibar, tea/coffee-making facilities, soundproofing, and a private bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower. Some top-floor Deluxe rooms have views of the Eiffel Tower. Road-facing rooms may hear street noise until late at night, while rooms overlooking the inner courtyard offer a quieter stay.

The breakfast buffet costs €12 per person and includes fresh and dried fruits, cheeses, cold meats, eggs, cereals, viennoiseries, and breads from the renowned Thévenin bakery. Coffee is served in porcelain cups. The breakfast room atmosphere is traditional, though some may find it a bit dark. There is no restaurant on site, but the surrounding streets are filled with cafés and restaurants, making it easy to find alternative dining options within a few minutes' walk.

Wellness facilities are not available on the property. For leisure, the Luxembourg Gardens are a 10-minute walk away, and the many cafés and bars of Saint-Germain-des-Prés provide plenty of local atmosphere.

Free Wi-Fi is provided in all areas, though connectivity in rooms can be inconsistent and may not support video calls.
