The hotel is in the 14th arrondissement, a quiet residential area near Parc Montsouris. Metro line 4 provides direct access to Montparnasse and central Paris in about 20 minutes. From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take RER B to Cité Universitaire (6-minute walk). The Parc des Expositions at Porte de Versailles is 7 minutes away. Numerous bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The area feels safe and local, away from tourist crowds.

Classic rooms (12 m2) have a shower and suit one or two people. Superior rooms (14 m2) may overlook a quiet courtyard or the street. Balcony rooms (13 m2) are on the 5th floor. Deluxe and Executive rooms (16 m2) offer bathtubs and king beds; Executive corner rooms have extra daylight. The family room (20 m2) on the 6th floor has a double and two twin beds. All rooms include a flat-screen TV, minibar (empty), safe, tea/coffee kit, and hairdryer. Some rooms have a balcony. Street-facing rooms may hear traffic, while courtyard views are quieter. The small lift serves all floors. Two rooms are fully wheelchair accessible.

Breakfast costs 16 EUR per person and offers a selection of baguettes, croissants, fruit, yogurt, cereals, and hot drinks. The bar provides a lounge area with newspapers. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, but many bakeries, crêperies, and bistros are within a short walk. Breakfast in room can be arranged.
