The hotel sits in the lively Quartier de l'Europe, with seven Metro lines (3, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14) and numerous bus routes steps away. La Défense is 6 minutes by train, and the RER A reaches Disneyland Paris in under an hour. Walking distances: Printemps Haussmann and Galeries Lafayette less than 10 minutes, Opéra Garnier 10 minutes, Louvre and Arc de Triomphe about 10 minutes by Metro, and Eiffel Tower within 20 minutes. For those driving, access is via Boulevard Haussmann or Rue de Constantinople, but parking is not available. Vélib' bike terminals are a 4-6 minute walk. The area is well-supplied with restaurants and cafés.

The hotel offers Standard Single, Twin, and Double rooms. Each has a private bathroom (shower or bathtub), hairdryer, safe, flat-screen TV, kettle, and free Wi-Fi. Superior quality bedding is provided. Rooms are small-often too tight for two large suitcases-and furnishings in some are dated. Only two rooms have balconies, and these are in high demand. Noise from adjacent rooms and the street can be an issue, especially in front-facing rooms. Interior rooms may be quieter but have restricted views. Air conditioning is available in some rooms but not all. There is no fridge or minibar. Towels and bed linen are provided and changed daily upon request.

The breakfast buffet includes fresh bread, pastries, jam, hot drinks, and juice. It is served from approximately 6:30 to 10:00 (or 7:00 to 11:00, depending on the day). The cost is 11€ per person and can be added at check-in or when booking. The hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner; however, the bar offers drinks. Numerous cafés and restaurants are within a short walk, particularly around the Saint-Lazare station area and along Boulevard Haussmann.

All rooms and common areas have complimentary Wi-Fi. The reception is staffed 24/7 and can assist with restaurant bookings, taxi arrangements, and transfers. Luggage storage is free and available before check-in or after check-out. A safety deposit box is in each room. The building has a small elevator (150 kg capacity) but note that there is one short flight of stairs to reach it. Additional services include a bar, board games, books, and a charging adapter at reception. Cleaning is provided daily; however, some rooms have reported inconsistent service.
