The hotel is on the Promenade des Anglais, providing sea views and direct access to the beach. It is 5 km from Nice's Old Town and 5 km from Nice-Ville Train Station. Allianz Riviera Stadium is 7 km away. The airport is reachable on foot from Terminal 1, while Terminal 2 requires tram line 2. The tram stop is a 3-4 minute walk, offering easy connections to the city centre. Bus line 12+ also stops in front of the hotel. The bike path linking the Var to Italy passes directly in front, ideal for cyclists. The surrounding area is quiet but has a few supermarkets and bakeries within walking distance.

Rooms are compact and designed for efficiency, prioritising short stays and transit use. Each air-conditioned room includes a desk, flat-screen TV, private shower, and free toiletries. Soundproofing is provided, though some rooms near the road may experience noise. Ventilation is limited because windows cannot open fully; air conditioning is the main source of climate control. Room types include double, twin, triple, and suites with up to 4 beds. Rooms lack wardrobes and safes; storage is basic. Bathroom layouts vary-some have a separate WC, others combine shower and toilet in one space with a screen or curtain. The compact size works well for sleeping, but working or lounging in the room is limited.

The hotel offers a daily buffet breakfast with continental options, including breads, pastries, eggs, fruit, and hot drinks. Breakfast is available for an additional charge of €12 per person, served early to accommodate flight schedules. There is a restaurant on site, Restaurant Baïeta (located 200 metres away at the Ibis hotel), serving Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner with vegetarian and vegan options. The hotel also has a bar, snack bar, and coffee shop for lighter meals and drinks. Several other dining options, including a brasserie and an Italian restaurant, are within a 1 km walk. For self-catering, a Carrefour supermarket is nearby.

The hotel's location provides direct access to the Promenade des Anglais for walking and cycling. The bike path linking the Var river to Italy passes directly in front of the hotel, making it convenient for cyclists. The beach is a short walk away. The hotel has a shared lounge and TV area for relaxation. There is no pool, spa, or gym on site.
