GUESTHOUSE CENTRAL STATION GROUP - VIA PONTE SEVESO 18, Milan

The property is situated in a top-rated area (9.0/10) a short walk from Centrale Metro, giving direct access across Milan. Bosco Verticale is 1 km away, Brera Art Gallery 4 km, and Linate Airport 9 km. The surrounding streets are lined with restaurants, bars, and shops within a 0.3-0.5 km radius, including a large food market inside the station. For airport transfers, the bus stop for Malpensa is directly outside the check-in building at Hotel Metropoli. The neighbourhood is well served by metro, tram, and bus lines, making it easy to reach the city centre without a car.

Each room includes a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and free toiletries; a wardrobe, safe, flat-screen TV, electric kettle with tea and coffee, and daily housekeeping with fresh towels. Single and double rooms are available. Some rooms have a small balcony. The building is an older residential structure, but the interiors have been fully renovated and are consistently clean. Light sleepers may notice street noise from traffic and trams, especially in front-facing rooms. The air conditioning is generally effective, though occasional maintenance needs have been reported. The rooms are practical for short stays and travellers passing through Milan.

The property does not operate a restaurant or bar. However, the location directly next to Milano Centrale Station provides access to Mercato Centrale, a large food hall with fresh meals, pizzas, and international cuisines open from early morning until late. Dozens of independent restaurants, bars, and cafés are within a 0.3-0.5 km radius, including Italian, Asian, and casual dining. For early departures, the station's food court is convenient. In-room facilities are limited to an electric kettle with tea and coffee; there is no kitchen for preparing meals.

Free WiFi is available in public areas. The 24-hour reception at Hotel Metropoli handles key collection and check-in, and guests can store luggage free of charge after check-out. Paid off-site parking is available at €25 per day with mandatory reservation. A lift is present in the building. Each room has a safe deposit box, key card access, a hairdryer, and an electric kettle. Daily housekeeping includes towel changes. No pets are allowed.
