Milan Cadorna Train Station is a 10-minute drive, and Milan Cathedral is 5 km away. The area is a safe, gated complex with green spaces, accessible by foot to local restaurants, cafés, and two supermarkets. The neighborhood is residential and feels safe, though some users recommend using the metro rather than walking after dark. While the location is very close to public transport, the on-site parking situation means car users need to rely on a nearby paid lot.

All apartments feature air conditioning, heating, a balcony, and free Wi-Fi. The units come with a dining and seating area, a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, and kitchenware. Each apartment has a private bathroom with a hairdryer, free toiletries, and a washing machine. Bed configurations vary: some units have a double bed and a sofa bed (double size), while larger two-bedroom units offer a mix of double and twin beds plus a sofa bed, sleeping up to 6-8 people. Note that the two-bedroom apartment has only one bathroom. Rooms are generally spacious (some over 60 m²), but some units may feel dated and may not match the photos; noise from neighbors and plumbing can be an issue. Light sleepers should request an apartment away from the road. The sofa bed in some units may be less comfortable than the main bed.
