B&B ROMA CASTLE TERMINI, Rome

The property is located in the Esquilino district, 100 metres from the Piazza Vittorio metro stop (tram and bus also available). Termini train station is a 10-minute walk, giving direct connections to airports and the rest of Italy. The Colosseum and Venice Square are reachable in 15 minutes on foot, while the Trevi Fountain is a 20-minute walk. The surrounding streets have a lively, multicultural character with a high density of shops and eateries, but some areas show signs of neglect and can feel less secure after dark, particularly for solo travellers. The immediate area includes a minimarket and several casual dining spots within a short walk.

Rooms are furnished in a simple, classic style. Each includes a private bathroom with either a bath or shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer (where provided). Select rooms additionally offer a minibar and safe. Accommodation options range from single and twin to triple and family configurations. Some rooms face an internal courtyard, which limits natural light and may carry sounds and smells from nearby kitchens. Sound insulation between rooms is moderate, so noise from neighbouring guests can be audible. Furniture and fixtures vary in condition; while some units are well-maintained, others show signs of wear and tear. Housekeeping is provided daily.

Complimentary services include Wi-Fi throughout the property, daily housekeeping, and luggage storage - useful for early arrivals or late departures. The property also offers safety deposit boxes, ironing facilities, and fax/photocopying. A minimarket on site sells basic groceries and toiletries. The airport shuttle operates for an additional fee and should be booked in advance. There is no on-site parking, and the property does not have a 24-hour reception; check-in is arranged by prior communication. Family rooms are available, and the building has a lift for easier access.
