The beach is two blocks away, and the ADO bus station is a 10-minute walk, ideal for arrivals and day trips to Tulum or Cancun. The Cozumel ferry terminal is within walking distance. However, the immediate vicinity includes Coco Bongo nightclub (virtually next door), which produces loud music and bass that can be heard throughout the hotel until closing time around 3-5 am. Light sleepers should factor this in when choosing a room.

Rooms range from standard doubles to a suite with a separate living area, sofa, wardrobe, and a seating area. Room sizes are generally spacious, and the coloured walls create a vibrant atmosphere. All rooms have air conditioning, and some have a flat-screen TV. A minibar fridge is available subject to availability upon arrival. Some rooms include a balcony, and a few suites provide additional space with a small bar area. The property has no lift, so guests with mobility concerns should request a ground-floor room if available. The hotel has a designated smoking area on balconies.
