The property sits next to a bar with live music, so rooms facing the bar can hear amplified sound until around 10-11 pm. Parking is off-site: a public lot is a 5-6 minute walk away, with temporary unloading space available across from the entrance. The location is excellent for exploring on foot, but light sleepers should note the night-time noise from the adjacent venue.

Each room has a flat-screen cable TV, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom, and air conditioning (centrally controlled - individual thermostats are not available in all rooms). A number of rooms feature a spa bath or jetted tub, and some have a private balcony with city views.
