A car is strongly recommended: the beach, restaurants, and shops are not within walking distance, and taxis are the primary alternative for those without a vehicle. The neighbourhood itself is safe day and night, with a security guard present at the entrance and CCTV covering the grounds. Nearby conveniences include a sandwich shop one street north (within walking distance for a baguette or sub) and several fast-food options within 2 km. The location suits travellers who prioritise quiet, space and security over being in the middle of the tourist zone.

Accommodation consists of 12 private rooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a dressing area or patio. Beds are available in King-size plus a single, with the option to add an extra mattress for a child at an additional cost. Rooms are described as large in size, and the bathrooms are notably spacious. Each room is private and contains a wardrobe and free toiletries.
