A variety of room types are available, including standard queen/king rooms, river-view rooms, and accommodation rooms for disabled guests. Certain rooms are designated as historic rooms with original wooden floors and can be requested by room number before arrival. Room sizes are generally compact, with some designated as spacious and standard. Bed comfort is generally good. Note that ironing facilities are provided, but in-room microwave and safe are not standard; a microwave is available on the 1st floor. The air conditioning and heating units can be noisy and may produce a continuous whining or humming sound, especially in older rooms. Windows are not fully soundproofed, and street noise, including sirens and garbage trucks, can be heard on lower floors. Some rooms have reported issues with the television remote control. There is no in-room safe or balcony.

The breakfast buffet includes scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, breakfast potatoes, make-your-own waffles, toast, bagels, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and juice. Coffee is available throughout the day in the lobby. Guests may also purchase snacks and grab-and-go items from the 24-hour Treat Shop. The hotel does not have a restaurant. For evening dining and drinks, the on-site Jack's Place bar is open from 5 PM to 10 PM and serves cocktails, beer, and wine. Several restaurants and cafes are within a short walk, including Wildberry Pancakes and Cafe (0.5 km), The Purple Pig (0.5 km), and Emerald Loop (0.5 km).

The fitness centre is located in the basement and includes treadmills, ellipticals, a cable machine, and free weights. The room can be warm due to limited ventilation, but runs 24 hours for guest convenience. There is no swimming pool, spa, or sauna on the property. The hotel also offers board games/puzzles for children and a shared lounge/TV area. For entertainment, the lobby features art-deco design elements and a classic car exhibit.
