HAMPTON INN & SUITES-WORCESTER, MA, Worcester

The hotel is situated in Worcester, close to major venues and universities. Logan Airport is 65 km away (45 minutes to 1 hour by car, depending on traffic). The surrounding area offers several dining options within 1 km, including Dunkin', Boynton Family Restaurant, and The Sole Proprietor. Parking is on site but shared with the adjacent Marriott, so spaces can be limited during busy periods. Key card access is required for the elevator, adding a layer of security.

Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Pillows vary in firmness; some travelers prefer to bring their own. Noise from the heating system and upper-floor foot traffic can occur; rooms at the end of the hall tend to be quieter. Bathrooms include fixed showers (no hand-held units), and some have tubs. There are no balconies or private outdoor spaces. Room servicing may not occur automatically; request at the front desk if needed.

The breakfast buffet includes hot and cold items, with a kid-friendly buffet and gluten-free options available upon request. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the lobby. A 24-hour market sells snacks and drinks. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar; guests can find nearby dining at Ralph's Diner, The Sole Proprietor, or a 1 km walk to Dunkin' and Boynton Family Restaurant. Breakfast uses paper and styrofoam dishes.

The pool is available daily from 09:00 to 21:00 and comes with sun loungers and towels. It may occasionally close for maintenance; at those times, guests have access to the pool at the adjacent Marriott (same management). The fitness centre is open 24/7 and includes yoga mats, dumbbells, and cardio machines. The pool area can be noisy during peak times, especially when families are present.

The hotel offers accessible parking and wheelchair-accessible rooms. Pets are allowed for small dogs (under 11 kg) with a fee. A safe deposit box is available at no charge. The business centre provides fax/photocopying and meeting/banquet facilities for an additional charge. Housekeeping is included daily but may require a request to ensure consistency. Express check-in/out is available. The property has a minimarket, outdoor picnic area, and a shared lounge.
