The immediate surroundings include a mix of operational and abandoned businesses, so the approach from the main road may feel uninviting after dark. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find a variety of dining options such as Indian cuisine, pubs, and fast food. A Lynx bus stop in front of the hotel provides public transport, and Orlando International Airport is 16 km away.

Room types range from double rooms to studios and suites, some with sofa beds and work desks. All rooms include a flat-screen TV with cable, coffee maker, and free wired internet. The air conditioning units in some rooms can be noisy. Rooms facing I-4 experience constant traffic noise, and earplugs are provided; requesting a room on the opposite side is recommended. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable, though occasional cleanliness issues have been encountered. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available.

Breakfast is a full hot buffet included with most rates, with items such as Mickey waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and juices.
