The property sits across from a Walmart and Publix grocery, with several restaurants within 0.5 km, including Five Guys, Godfather's Pizza, and Kabab House. Orlando International Airport is a 24-minute drive away. Free on-site parking makes it convenient for drivers. The shuttle to Disney stops at multiple hotels and takes about an hour to reach Magic Kingdom. For other attractions, driving is recommended due to the shuttle's limited schedule.

Room types include double (1 bed), family (3 beds), quadruple (2 beds), and suites. All rooms have a tea/coffee maker, safe, and air conditioning. Some rooms may have a musty smell or dated decor; thin walls can allow noise from neighboring rooms. The family room has a wall separating twin beds for privacy. Beds are generally comfortable, though some are firm. For quieter stays, request a room on an upper floor away from the elevator.

Breakfast includes hot items such as scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and a pancake machine, plus continental items. Hours are 07:00-09:00 weekdays and 06:30-09:30 weekends. The breakfast area can be busy, with lines at the pancake machine and toaster. There is also a snack bar and vending machines. Nearby dining options include several restaurants within 0.5 km, offering a variety of cuisines.

The pool area is fenced, has a shallow end, and provides pool towels. The fitness centre is free. The hot tub is free but may occasionally be under maintenance. The games room has been removed. A golf course is within 3 km for an additional charge. The children's playground is no longer available.
