The Brickell location places dozens of restaurants, shops and supermarkets (Publix) within a 5-minute walk, and attractions like Bayside Marketplace and American Airlines Arena are reachable in 15 minutes via the Metromover. Miami International Airport is a 30-minute Metrorail ride or about 20 minutes by taxi/Uber (approx. $25-$30). The beach is a 15-minute drive away. The area is considered safe, with many transport options available: the free Metromover circulates downtown, the Metrorail runs to the airport, and the hotel operates a paid shuttle to the cruise port. Parking is on-site (paid), and access to the lobby is via the 6th floor through the parking garage elevators.

Standard rooms are located on floors 7-16 and include a coffee machine, safety deposit box, hairdryer, and a flat-screen cable TV. Suites add a sofa bed, microwave, and small refrigerator; the Elite floor adds a Nespresso machine, bathrobes, slippers, in-room snacks and water, premium WiFi, and a possibility of late checkout. A limited number of rooms have a whirlpool/jacuzzi bath - these must be booked specifically (e.g. King Whirlpool Suite or King Suite with Spa Bath). No rooms have a balcony or private balcony. All rooms have non-opening windows and the air conditioning can be noisy. Road-facing rooms can let in external noise, so quiet sleepers should request an upper or interior-facing room.
