The hotel is situated on Indian Creek, one block back from the ocean. Collins Avenue with shops, cafes, and the Triton supermarket is a 2-minute walk. Bus 150 to/from Miami International Airport stops directly across the street (fare $2.65). Lincoln Road Mall is 3 km away, and the Miami Beach Convention Center is a 3-minute drive. While the neighborhood feels safe and walkable, parking is challenging due to the lack of onsite facilities.

Private rooms include comfortable bedding, cable TV, air conditioning, and a desk; some premium rooms add a mini-fridge, safe, and Bluetooth sound system. Shared dorms feature bunk beds with individual reading lights, outlets, short privacy curtains, and lockers (bring your own padlock). Dorm rooms are compact and can feel cramped; some units have reported mold/mildew odors and noise from the bar area. Accessible rooms with roll-in showers and grab rails are available. Note that windows in many rooms do not open.

The bar serves a street-food-inspired menu and craft cocktails, though drink prices are high (around $30). For other meals, Collins Avenue offers numerous cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket within a short walk. No guest kitchen is available, and there is no complimentary breakfast.

The pool is open year-round with sun loungers and umbrellas. Guests can borrow beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas (included in the resort fee). Bike availability may be limited during peak times. There is also a billiards table, and occasional evening entertainment such as karaoke and DJ nights. The pool area is sometimes closed for private events, and music can be loud until late.

Laundry services are available for an extra charge. The hotel has a lift, is wheelchair accessible, and offers family rooms. Daily housekeeping is included, but cleaning in dorms can be inconsistent. An ATM is on site, and security includes CCTV and key card access. Pets are accepted only in private rooms (small dogs, fee applies). No onsite parking - overnight passes can be purchased at reception.
