HAMPTON INN & SUITES ANNAPOLIS, Annapolis

The hotel overlooks the Parole business district and is a short drive from downtown Annapolis, the Chesapeake Music Hall, and the gravesite of naval hero John Paul Jones. Numerous casual dining options are within 2 km, including a list compiled by the front desk. Washington DC and Baltimore are each about 30 minutes away by car. The parking lot is on site but costs $10 per day; there is no shuttle from area airports. For those without a car, rideshare services are the most practical transport option.

The property is an older Hampton Inn. While rooms are generally clean, some show signs of wear such as peeling paint or worn carpets. Suites provide extra space and a full kitchen for longer stays. All rooms have a microwave and refrigerator, plus tea and coffee facilities. Closet space is limited to open shelving. Guests who prefer modern decor may wish to consider newer properties, but the rooms offer functional comfort. Soundproofing between rooms is average; light sleepers may request a room away from the elevator.

Breakfast includes a revolving selection of hot items such as omelettes and sausage, along with cereals, pastries, and a waffle station. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby all day. The Market operates around the clock with refrigerated, frozen, and microwaveable options that can be prepared in the in-room microwave. There is no sit-down restaurant on site; for a full dinner, several affordable restaurants are within a short drive. During peak times, breakfast items may run out; arriving early is recommended.

The business centre has a computer and printer; the meeting room can accommodate small groups. Luggage storage and express check-in/check-out are offered. Safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk. Laundry services are chargeable. The property has two elevators; occasional outages have occurred. Accessible parking and wheelchair access are provided. The front desk staff is available 24 hours for assistance.
