The Convention Center is two blocks away, making it a convenient base for events. The National Aquarium is three blocks from the hotel. For sports fans, Camden Yards is also within walking distance. The immediate area offers several restaurants within 0.5 km, including Saturday Morning Cafe, Brown Rice Korean Grill, and Supano's Steakhouse. While the location is central and walkable to major attractions, the surrounding area includes typical city elements, and the hotel locks its front doors at 11:00 PM (key card access required after that) for added security. Port of Baltimore is 20 minutes away by car.

Standard rooms offer two queen beds or one king bed. Studio suites include a sofa bed and a microwave, while standard rooms have access to a 24/7 lobby microwave. Adjoining rooms are available for families (queen/king combinations). All rooms are air-conditioned and non-smoking. Some rooms have been renovated with updated bathrooms and comfortable bedding, though some units still show signs of wear. Rooms vary in size, with many described as spacious. Carpet is only around the bed frame; the rest of the floor is laminate. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes) are provided.
