While the immediate surroundings are a strip-mall area near the highway, the parking lot offers ground-level access and the exterior doors make it easy to come and go.

The rooms and suites are generously sized and feature air conditioning, carpeted floors, a work desk, a seating area with a sofa bed (in select suites), a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a mini-refrigerator; microwaves are available on request. All bathrooms are private and come with either a shower or a bathtub, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Soundproofing between rooms is minimal, making rooms near the elevator or adjacent doors potentially noisier. Some rooms have balconies. Suites offer a dining area, a wardrobe, and two TVs. The property itself feels older but has been updated, with clean and comfortable furnishings.

Breakfast is available for purchase (around $15 per person) and features American-style options, including freshly prepared hot items like omelets and frittatas, as well as breakfast-to-go items.
