A Penny supermarket is right next door, with a Lidl and numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars within a 5-minute walk. The neighbourhood feels safe and has a lively local scene. On-site paid parking is available but limited; a green environmental sticker is mandatory for cars entering Berlin's central zone. For airport transfers, the U-Bahn is the most efficient option.

The hotel offers single, double, triple, quadruple private rooms and 6-bed mixed dormitories. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries; towels and bed linen are provided. Room sizes are compact - typical private rooms are around 20 m2 - and some dormitory rooms are tight for the number of beds. Heating is controllable, but there is no air conditioning, fan, or TV in rooms. Soundproofing between rooms and from the corridor is minimal, and wooden floors are creaky, so noise from foot traffic and conversations travels easily. Windows face either the street (potentially noisy from traffic) or the courtyard (quieter but with courtyard social noise).
