The area around Place d'Italie offers many restaurants, cafés, a shopping mall, and a supermarket, all within a short walk. Butte aux Cailles village is just 500 metres away. The neighbourhood is considered safe and well-connected, though the street-facing rooms can pick up traffic and metro noise.

All rooms feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, and satellite TV. Private bathrooms include a bath or shower and hairdryer; some double rooms have a bathtub. Room types: Double (1 double bed), Twin (2 single beds), Family (2 interconnecting bedrooms, bath and shower, spacious), and Executive (room with a balcony). A kettle is provided in each room. Some double rooms have a terrace or balcony. The family room sleeps up to 4 persons. Noise can be an issue in rooms facing the street or near the elevator, so requesting a quieter room is advisable.
