The motel consists of four buildings. Building 1 is connected to the Boardwalk and features a rooftop deck (the rooftop pool is frequently out of service). Building 2 is across Ocean Avenue with a ground-floor pool. Rooms vary in size, with many described as small but functional. Some rooms offer balconies or terraces, and a few have ocean or Boardwalk views. All rooms have private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs with very limited channels, and in-room safes. There are no elevators, so rooms on upper floors require stair climbing. Air conditioning can be loud. Select units include kitchenettes with stovetops and cookware, making self-catering possible.

The motel does not serve breakfast or have a restaurant. Guests who book rooms with a kitchenette or full kitchen can prepare their own meals using the provided stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and cookware. A wide variety of dining options are within very short walking distance along the Boardwalk, including Pink Cadillac Diner, Hot Spot 4, Banana's Ice Cream Parlor Cafe, and Cattle 'n Clover Irish Pub. For those who prefer to eat out, no need to drive.

BBQ grills are located in the parking lots of Buildings 2 and 3. Beach access is a short walk away. There is no spa, gym, or wellness centre.
