QUALITY INN & SUITES OCEAN CITY FENWICK, Ocean City

Rooms feature basic furnishings with carpeted floors and flowered bedspreads. Each unit has a microwave, single-cup coffee maker, and cooking utensils. TVs have cable channels, and free Wi-Fi is available. Some rooms offer sea views from the balcony. Beds vary in comfort: some are comfortable, while pillows can be lumpy and mattresses firm. The South Building is located above the tiki bar and pool, which can be noisy during evening hours; the North Building is quieter. Sliding glass doors provide balcony access, though some doors have had reported locking issues. Bathrooms have shower/tub combos with variable water pressure. Housekeeping is available daily but may need to be requested; guests often find they need to ask for extra towels and toiletries. The property shows signs of age and wear, so expectations for modernity should be adjusted accordingly.

Breakfast is included and consists of self-serve waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, and yogurt, with coffee and juice. No hot protein or fresh fruit is typically available. The breakfast area is small and can become crowded, especially during peak hours. For a more substantial meal, the Tiki Bar by the pool serves food and drinks from late morning until evening; it has a popular menu and often features live music. Additionally, the Rio Grande Café nearby offers a breakfast menu. Several other casual dining options are within walking distance, including Grab & Go Taco, Fenwick Crabhouse, and DeVito's Italian Deli. Since the included breakfast is carb-heavy, guests who prefer a higher-protein start may choose to order from the Tiki Bar or prepare meals in their room's kitchenette.

The pool is heated and open seasonally. The pool area includes lounge chairs and a deck; however, cleanliness of the pool water and deck has been reported as inconsistent. The poolside Tiki Bar offers convenient meals and drinks without leaving the hotel, and live music is sometimes scheduled. Beach access is directly from the hotel, and no passes are needed. There is no spa or fitness centre on site. For additional leisure, mini-golf and arcades are located directly across the street.

Parking requires a reservation and is first-come, first-served; one parking pass is issued per room. The parking garage is covered and provides easy access. The front desk operates 24/7 and can assist with late check-ins. The property has two elevators, though one has occasionally been out of service. Daily housekeeping is available but may need to be requested; cleaning frequency can be inconsistent. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are on site, along with an ATM. The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, Carte Blanche, and MasterCard. A deposit is required at booking. Handicapped-accessible rooms are available.
